SHIPPING POLICY

How We Do It

Our preferred method of shipping is United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground and Priority. 


Because we are just as excited about your business, as you are about your order, we like to get things out as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped out within two days of receiving payment.

 We provide tracking information on all orders.


Please make the necessary arrangements at the time of delivery.  Shoebox by Ki will not be held responsible for any packages not received. Signature may be required.  

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

It's simple! We want you to love what you purchased. If the item you bought isn't what you thought it would be.. Just return it.


You have 10 days of receipt to return your new unused item for a full refund or exchange.


Return shipping will be your responsibility.

Once we have received the returned item, your account will be fully credited back with the original form of payment or exchanged.

If a return in necessary, please submit an email to shoeboxbyki@gmail.com to receive full instructions on where to send your return. You have 30 days from date of receipt to return your item, unworn, tags on. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. All jewelry, hygiene products and lingerie are final sale.
